The Spirit of the Season..... The community Spirit was burning high at the annual Hudson Santa Claus Parade
this year. It was a rocking parade, seems like the whole town was there. Fun and smiles by all. The excitement could
be felt in the crisp winter air, Olympic fever was among us all.

Beasts of all sorts made tracks at this years Santa Claus Parade, hockey horses, Sleigh horses, ponies, even a Llama and
Beauty and the Beast.

Olympic cheers, golden medals, lots of fun to drummers drumming and people dancing. What a site, what fun!
Artist floats, a puppy wagon (most original) followed by a Happy Holiday truck!
It was a rocking parade, people where dancing in the streets. Kids where waving Olympic torches. A garbage truck was all decked out with gifts.

The Hudson ~ Shop Local and win event is presently on. Its at the heart of the community! I even got a big hug from the IGA Santa , he was too cute!
What a parade, there was even a Grinch which seemed to be a happy Grinch! There is Jean, making sure the parade goes smoothly. Great

From jokers to jockeys ~ theres was something for every one. Candies and candy canes where handed out by local companies.
Everyone was waving and smiling, even the big bad old wolf. It really was so much fun, the best part was the community Spirit!
What makes a great Santa Claus Parade ? ~ Well it's the people, the smiles, the kids, babies and the dogs of course!
The highlight of the papade for me was seeing my friends and their families all having a wonderful time.
